Mesut, Sami, Reus and Klose were quite amazing - Lahm too.

Mesut won because the technocrats at UEFA were blown away by his stats. He had 120+ passes. He made 93%. 67 of 73 passes in the final third. Xavi couldn't better those stats (in the final third) - no way!
