I am gonna refrain from screaming bloody murder at having missed this match (I thought it would be played TONIGHT! Since when do we play in the middle of the day???), because all appears to be going well, injuries and suspensions aside, and also because this just happened ...

YES! He looked so unsure approaching the situation, then Cris decided for him... And then he was like, "My butt is up in the air... What does one do about this? Hmmm..." *shakes fist*

The fist shaking is so awkward. Then again, so is Mesut, so it's a match made in heaven.

What I'm wondering is ... where the hell are the others? Cris usually does the slide-on-his-back thing right after scoring. Were he and Özil really that far ahead of everyone else that it took the rest of the team so long to reach them? Or was this a belated post-celebration mini celebration just between him and Mesut? Grrrrrr, gonna take FIVE hours to download the 2nd half of the match alone! :(

It was after a very fast breakaway (thanks to our boy who is just absolutely GORGEOUS when he runs... I can't get past it) so I think they were celebrating alone because everyone was still trying to catch up! And then surely, they saw the situation, and waited...

I am just going to throw this in to illustrate my point. I mean come on... Those legs.
