What has Mesut been up to on his winter break?

Besides hanging out with his family, it seems that Mesut is back out partying with his male relatives again. He posted this picture on his Facebook earlier:

Mesut was also photographed at several clubs in Istanbul. He tried to hide his face in all the photos tho, so I'm not going to bother posting them.

Finally, tumblr exploded earlier with news that Mesut might have a new girlfriend because some media outlets reported that he spent the night with Helin Avsar.

I don't understand Turkish, but what I could gather from youtube comments is basically that Mesut is enjoying the nightlife in Istanbul. Last year, Mesut was seen with Hadise and Ece Erken (Okay, but apparently Ece Erken said Mesut was very ugly so...). This year, Mesut is spending time with Helin Avsar. Mesut acted strangely when he was entering and leaving the night club because he didn't want to be recognized by the paparazzi (they compare him to James Bond). Later that night, they both went to the same hotel.

Helin is the sister of a singer/actress (sound familiar?) in Turkey, and she is 32-33 years old. As per usual, tumblr fangirls got mad, and started going in on her age and looks.

Really - some of the comments are SO hilarious - "I don't want him to have a girlfriend :(" - Grow up. Like Mesut's going to stay single and alone so his 12 year old fans don't have their fantasies disturbed.

Yeah... and comments like "I'm disappointed in him/his life choices" and passive aggressive "whatever. don't care. He does what he wants." and "lol good luck with those whores." aren't helping any, either. I know a lot of fans (especially on tumblr) are really young, but that's just immature.

And honestly, speaking from personal experience here, the longer you go without a serious partner, the less likely you are to find someone and BE a good partner. Being alone makes you good at being alone.
