I really think I'll try this! First time I'm in charge of roasting a turkey for Christmas dinner. Am doing two turkeys, actually, in bacon jumpsuits, as I call them. Was inspired by all the bacon-wrapped birds that seemed to be the rage this past Thanksgiving over in the States. I only have to make sure to use allergen-free ingredients, though, because one of my nieces is allergic to practically everything, so stuff like eggs and normal butter have to be substituted.
