So there was a Guardian blog post on how brilliant Thomas Mueller is and someone was flogging a gorgeous video of Mesut and Thomas in the comments <3

And I noticed it was by comm member sherrywithu and I thought: this needs to be shared!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH this is!! this is...oh yes, I'm soooo thrilled and flattered! don't know what to say, hope you like it.... Well I know they may be less than friends off the field, but on the pitch, when Thomas' run meets Mesut's passes, simple and beautiful, that's the football I enjoyed the most.<3

Beautiful video. Thomas-Mesut is easily my favorite partnership of Mesut, they just bring the best of each other and both are very selfless, I love it.
Also despite it's been almost 3 years, Thomas-Mesut still remind me the most of WC 2010 in South Africa (which is up there as important moments in my footballing life, lol), when I first found out Mesut and I knew I was going to stalk him every match since then.
Thomas-Mesut chemistry was certainly the highlights of the tournament and it's getting even better post tournament. It's a shame that Thomas was in such poor form at Euro 2012 that we didn't witness their usual combination that much.

sherrywithu's videos give me happy tingles all over. I watch the 'sparkle pass' one when I'm feeling anxious or stressed and it calms me right down.

I know I shouldn't get too excited too far ahead of WC 2014... BUT I CAN'T FREAKIN' WAIT! The German team has so much momentum this time. Not that they didn't last time. It just feels different. The young'ns have a lot more experience and success in their clubs and the chemistry seems great. Gah! I just want good things for them!!! Is that too much to ask?!
