No, I think it was actually when he got tackled and the other player stepped on his hand. Ouch. You can see his grimace. Mesut didn't even get a free kick out of it, and he was still shaking his hand out minutes after that happened. And no one went to comfort him either D:
Whether it's his knee is still a mystery, though. It looks like it can't be his knee because of the position, but can he really be THAT happy when his hand's just been stomped on?
