DO IT! It was one of the best experiences of my life- for real. And you described me perfectly... "irritating the hell out of whoever will be sitting next to me by snapping away nonstop the moment the players take to the field". But I had this community in mind the whole time so I didn't care. "Oh! They're gonna love this!" *snap, snap, snap* "Sorry for hitting you- AGAIN- with my zoom lens! But I'm on a mission!"
And the Benzil action was fun to watch. I happen to be a huge Benzil fan... so I was sure to document it as best I could at every opportunity!
