So Mesut just pulled a Sergio. I love it. And isn't it cute that he and Sami would wait for the international break to get their hair cut in Germany? I always suspected Mesut to be too shy to go to a spanish barber...

I think I resolved the question about Mesuts incredible skill to make photos of himself looking cute and looking in the correct direction and the huge ugle artobject. Obviously he is using it to stabilize his hand that is holding his phone!
Maybe I should buy one too, becuase I am always out of focus when I make a phot like this or it looks like a mugshot.
And about the hairdo, hmmm I don't know, it's very short and I quite liked his long hair. Also like suzanne410 commented it resembles Marco's haircut a lot.
But I'm glad Mesut didn't use to much hairgel.
And I love Sami's shorter hair he looks like a classy gentleman from the 40's :)
Oh and maybe the unique action he was talking about on facebook was cutting his hair and giving it away?

Hum, I'm not sure about this hair... I really loved his hair how it was, he kind of looks like a happy 12 year old boy with his first phone in this picture. It looks very un-modern. Luckily for him he's hot so he pulls it off anyway.

Thank you! I thought I was the only one mourning. Mesut fiddling with his hair/headband was always such an endearing bonus in any match, and I loved watching it bounce about while he ran. Now it's just ... too static :( Again, I do love his World Cup 2010 style, where it was longer and slightly curly. Here's to hoping he'll at least let it grow back to that length.

OMG. If he even TRIES to go back to those terrible highlights he had as a teen I am personally going to cycle to Germany (or Spain, wherever he is), pin him down and dye his hair back to its original color. NO highlights, Mesut! Just ... NO.

I personally think.. Sergio's hair looks better short! I do love long hair (to look at what bands/long haired men I've seen live.. yes I like longer hair :D)... buuut Serio's hair was kinda outta control :D.

i know...actually this celebration is what led me into realizing that they are into each other like BROS.....i had never seen them talking to each other at all(except for in matches maybe).....i had never actually seen both of them interacting in a picture AT ALL...i used to always wonder with them being so similar to each..this one's gotta be a SURE BROMANCE..no doubt..all this before or UNTIL GREECE happened....the rest is history is right!
BTW i had never seen OZIL celebrate like this with any other guy(i dont know i maybe completely wrong)...but i have always seen him as the submissive one in the celebration..but this?...this is G-O-L-D...i can't thank u enuf for bringing up this photo...

I just saw! It hadn't crossed my mind but makes perfect sense! While I whole-heartedly supported Sergio's cut (I didn't like his long), I cannot accept this. It's like time has stood still for me today!
