This morning, Sergio Ramos gave an interview to Cadena Ser.

[The shirt controversy] showed that he is a special friend compared with the rest on the team. It was an expression of affection and love for him while he was going through a difficult time.

Ozil is super fun - you can see it in his eyes. From the first day he arrived I was very keen to get to know him. He was interested in adapting to Madrid, knowing where he should live, where restaurants were...Ozil speaks English so I understand him perfectly.

He's a little shy. He brings a lot to Real Madrid and has a great future here.

Sergio also mentioned that if you speak about "Mesu" (because he does not pronounce the "T" at the end..so it sounds so funny when he says Bambi's name I love it ..) with the other teammates they will also say that Mesut is a great person.
So much love from Sergio to Mesut!

I've noticed he says "Mesu" as well!

It's funny, because in Spanish, I pronounce his name the same way ("Mesu") but when I speak about him in English I say it the proper way ("Mesut"). Sergio's Andalusian accent is pretty thick, and so he drops consonants all over the place. Like my Dominican accent, which is very much the same way. XD

But I love his accent...that is why in the Spanish program Crackovia (Have you ever watched it?) they always mock at him.
Sometimes Sergio is so naive. But probably that is what Mesut likes of his Spanish friend. You are Dominican that is cool...btw I love Dominican accent ...besides you should dance pretty well...

Yeah, I've seen it. It's hilarious! But yeah, his accent (and mine as well) tends to have a twangy, "uneducated" sound to it. But Sergio also sometimes says things that leave you scratching your head.

My family might be Dominican but my dance moves are all American! (AKA my skills are questionable. LOL)
