According to some Turkish newspapers Mesut waited outside the Ritz Hotel in Madrid yesterday to meet Premier Erdogan of Turkey.

Who was visiting Madrid due a 'High Intergovernmental Cooperation.' Yeah don't know what it means either, let's hope Mes does.
Does this mean that Bambi is getting interested in politics, or did he just wanted to say hi to his fellow countryman?
Or the third option: some good PR?
